Makerere University Department of Social Work and Social Administration invites interested students and faculty to a FREE online workshop on Research Ethics that will take place on Tuesday MARCH 1st, 2022, from 10:00 am to 13:00PM via zoom.
The workshop is organised under the NORHED funded RESILIENT project with partners from University of Agder (Norway), Institute of Social Work (Tanzania) and University of Rwanda.
The workshop will be facilitated by a team from University of Agder and Makerere University. At this workshop we invite the participants to reflect on and discuss research ethics. The participants will get an introduction to what research ethics are, and why we need such ethics.

Professor Elisabeth Staksrud: Former leader of the Norwegian national committee on research ethics in humanities and social sciences.
